All critical heat treatment is performed in our wholly-owned heat treatment workshop -never subcontracted to small shops. Design life is contractually guaranteed: S136 high-polish molds: 1,000,000+ shots. 718H class: 500,000+ shots (excluding normal wear). Warranty: typically 18 months after mold acceptance or first 80% of design life, whichever comes first. During this period, any non-human-induced core cracking, slide fracture, ejector plate deformation, etc., will be remade or repaired free of charge, with downtime labor costs compensated per agreed rates.
