We have spot inspection for each production process and also have finished product inspection.

What can we do if we find quality or quantity problem upon receipt of goods?

Generally, broken rate from 1%-3% is normal, if it is over than 3% ,please send pictures and vedio in time. We will make satisfactory solution within 24 hours upon confirmation of the problems.

How about import custom fee?
