We have spot inspection for each production process and also have finished product inspection.

What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient and cost effective for you.

What can we do if we find quality or quantity problem upon receipt of goods?

Generally, broken rate from 1%-3% is normal, if it is over than 3% ,please send pictures and vedio in time. We will make satisfactory solution within 24 hours upon confirmation of the problems.

How about import custom fee?

Kindly note that all import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price. These charges shall be paid by customers. Kindly check with custom in your country to find out all related cost. If goods were returned or destroyed due to the failure of custom-clearance, the related cost will be paid by customers. We are NOT responsible for any VAT or TAXES.
