AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a Shanghai-based trading company with a broad business scope covering communication equipment, solar energy products, ship equipment, mechanical and electrical equipment, leasing, installation, maintenance, import and export, and food sales. It reports substantial machinery output, including excavators, amphibious excavators, construction machines, crawler cranes, and loaders, with exports representing 90% of total sales and markets across multiple global regions. It has in-stock capability, accepts FOB/CIF quotations and LC/T/T payment terms, and reports lead times within 15 working days in both peak and off-season periods. However, it has no overseas branches, warehouses, or showrooms, and overseas service information is limited to debugging in Africa. No new products were developed in the past year, and no certifications, customer cases, or formal service-assessment procedures are provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly classified as a trading company, with its location in Shanghai, China. Its stated activities include technology services, equipment leasing, installation, maintenance, and international trade, indicating a trading-oriented business with technical service functions rather than a clearly identified manufacturer.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports overseas debugging services in Africa and has capabilities for installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment. It also has in-stock service capability and lead times within 15 working days, but lacks overseas agents, branches, warehouses, and showrooms; its service-capability assessment is supported by records without a written procedure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier states that it developed no new products during the past year and has no available SDK. It does offer ODM services, but the explicit absence of recent new-product development indicates limited demonstrated innovation activity.

Production capacityReported annual output includes 1,000 excavators, 500 amphibious excavators, 1,500 construction machines, 200 crawler cranes, and 800 loaders. The supplier also reports 90% export sales, broad international markets, and self-operated import and export rights, providing explicit evidence of substantial product supply and export capability.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides customization from samples and offers ODM services. However, it does not provide OEM services for popular brands, so its evidence supports sample-based and ODM customization rather than branded OEM capability.
