The ratio varies for every epoxy resin grade. We provide recommended mixing ratios for each type of epoxy resin.
Q:What will happen if the mixing ratio of epoxy resin Part A and curing agent Part B is incorrect? Can this epoxy resin still be used?
A:
A ratio deviation exceeding 3% will lead to incomplete curing, sticky surface and sharp drop in mechanical strength of epoxy resin. The mismatched mixture cannot be remedied and must be discarded to prepare new epoxy resin.
Q:How long is the shelf life of epoxy resin?
A:
The shelf life of epoxy resin is 10 months under cool and shaded storage. Avoid direct sunlight and low-temperature crystallization. Fully stir Part A before mixing to use epoxy resin
