Q:How do you control quality?

We have a robust QC system. The QC department tests GSM, tear resistance, and printing performance every 20 meters during production. If issues arise, defective sections are cut out to ensure stable quality.

Q:What is the banner weight range?

We offer banners ranging from 200gsm to 1200gsm. Lighter banners (under 500gsm) have a tolerance of +/- 15gsm, while heavier ones (above 500gsm) have a tolerance of +/- 15-20gsm.

Q:What packing options are available?

For banners under 440gsm, we recommend craft paper packing to save costs. For 440-610gsm, hard tube packing is used for protection. Above 610gsm, high-quality craft paper is used. Custom logos can be printed on packaging.

Q:What is the MOQ and is LCL acceptable?

Our MOQ is 6000 sqm. LCL shipments are acceptable, but FCL is recommended to reduce costs. We suggest FCL if possible.
