How do you ensure the machine won't be broken during shipping?

Our machine is film wrapped to ensure smooth delivery. We will use steel wire to fix the machine with the container.

What payment methods do you accept?

So far, 100% T/T before shipment, and 30% deposit paid by T/T with balance paid by L/C are available.

How do you handle after-sale service problems?

The warranty is normally 12 months. During this period, we will arrange international express immediately to deliver replacement parts as soon as possible.

Do you arrange installation for the machine?

All machines are tested well before delivery and can be used directly. If assistance is needed, we can arrange installation, but all costs will be charged by the customer.
