Our machine is film wrapped to ensure smooth delivery. We will use steel wire to fix the machine with the container.

What payment methods do you accept?

So far, 100% T/T before shipment, and 30% deposit paid by T/T with the balance paid by L/C are available.

How do you handle after-sale service for overseas customers?

The warranty is normally 12 months. During this period, we will arrange international express immediately to deliver replacement parts as soon as possible.

Do you arrange installation of the machine?

All machines are tested well before delivery and are easy to install. If assistance is needed, we can arrange installation, but all costs will be charged by the customer.
