The MOQ for clear PVC is 500 KG, and for colored PVC it is 2000 kg. The payment term is usually T/T at 30% advancement and 70% balance.

We have three factories. The key one is in Shandong Province with Qingdao Port as the nearest. The second is in Zhejiang Province with Ningbo or Shanghai Port, and the third is in Shanghai City with Shanghai Port.
