The MOQ for clear PVC is 500 KG, and for colored PVC is 2000 kg. Payment terms are usually T/T at 30% advancement and 70% balance.

We have three factories. The key one is in Shandong Province with Qingdao Port as the nearest. The second is in Zhejiang with Ningbo or Shanghai Port, and the third is in Shanghai City.
