All of test devices will be calibrated and debugged before delivery to guaranty the quality. Our professional after-sale team will help you solving any problem within 24 hours* 7 days by emails or videos. English operation manual and operation video will guide you how to use it. On-site machine training & installation can be provided with certain charges.

Q:What's your warranty period?

12 months. In case of product problems, we provide needed spares parts for free during the warranty (exclude consumables and man-made damages)

Q:What's the payment term?

Usually TT, L/C are available. For others, please contact with us for negotiation.

Q:What's your lead time?
