We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF etc. ( AI will be the best for complicated designs) We will make drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation.

How long is sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 2-4 days. 1-2pcs is free. If you want your own design, it takes 4-10 days, depending designs.

The MOQ of products with inventory is 2, and the MOQ of customized products is 500, but we recommend 3000, which will be more cost-effective.

Q:How long is the production lead time?

It takes 30-35 days for quantity within 100K pcs. For those items available with low MOQ 500pcs, we can deliver within 15 days.

Q:Can I get samples?

Sure. We usually provide stock samples for free, You only need to pay the freight. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge will be refundable when order quantity reaches certain amount. Sending samples by Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account. It takes about 2-4 days to arrive you.

Q:What is your payment term?

Our normal payment terms is TT, 50% deposit after order signed and 50% against copy of BL. We also accept L/C at sight

Q:How many colors are available?

We match colors with pantone color codes. So you can just tell us Pantone color codes you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
