Q:What are the delivery terms and lead time?

EXW/FOB/CIF/CNF are workable. Lead time is usually 30 days, or around 45 days for items requiring new molds.

Q:What payment terms do you accept?

We accept flexible payment terms including T/T and LC.

We use polybag, carton, and wooden case packaging. EPE film wraps the product at least two layers to avoid defects during transportation.

Q:How can I receive the goods?

For samples or small orders, we suggest express delivery (DHL, FedEx, EMS). For urgent large orders, air freight is suggested. For large batches, ocean freight is best.
