The equipment possesses strong feedstock adaptability. It sets up corresponding pretreatment stages such as crushing, grinding, and homogenization for different feedstocks to ensure particle size and moisture content meet furnace requirements. For example, straw requires grinding, and fruit tree branches require crushing.

The single-unit carbonization equipment has a daily processing capacity of up to 50 tons, and torrefaction equipment up to 100 tons. The standard capacity ranges from 24 to 96 tons/day per unit and is customizable according to project requirements.

The plant treats various agricultural and forestry residues including fruit tree branches, cotton stalks, corn cobs, peanut shells, straw, livestock and poultry manure, as well as bamboo and wood waste like bamboo scraps and timber waste.

The equipment supports indirect heating with adjustable constant temperature. Energy sources include non-condensable gas, natural gas, and light diesel oil. The heating method is adjustable based on requirements.
