The equipment has strong adaptability and process control for varied feedstock. Feedstock Processing: Pretreating stages like crushing, grinding, and homogenization ensure material entering the furnace meets size and moisture requirements. E.g., straw needs grinding, fruit tree branches need crushing. Quality Assurance: Core lies in precise pyrolysis control. The automated system regulates temperature curve, residence time, and atmosphere per feedstock characteristics (like lignin and cellulose)

The pyrolysis carbon processing capacity ranges from 24 to 96 tons per day for a single unit, and can be customized according to project requirements.

The equipment accepts various agricultural and forestry residues such as fruit tree branches, cotton stalks, corn cobs, peanut shells, straw, livestock and poultry manure, as well as bamboo and wood waste like bamboo scraps and timber waste.

The equipment supports indirect heating and adjustable constant temperature heating. Energy supply options include non-condensable gas, natural gas, and light diesel oil.
