1. Mount machine on solid level bench, adjust feet to level. 2. Ground power, fit pump hoses, submerge inlet hose in batter tank. 3. Power on, open touch screen, enter Manual Mode for function check. 4. Verify press heads, station rotation, batter feeding and heating. 5. Reduce motor speed on touch screen if motor noisy or steps lost.

Two touch screen modes for the spring roll wrapper machine: 1. Manual Mode: For commissioning & maintenance. Manually control two press heads, station rotation and peristaltic pump. 2. Auto Mode (Production): Fully automatic operation. Set wrapper thickness, delays, batter dosage and heating plate temperatures. Press Start to run cycles.

1. Confirm supply voltage matches the machine nameplate before power on. 2. Heating plates reach high temperatures during operation; do not touch to avoid burns. 3. Keep hands away from the gap between press head and baking plate to prevent crushing. 4. Disconnect main power and let heating plates fully cool before inspection or cleaning. 5. Prevent batter splashes into the electric cabinet, stepper motors and drivers to avoid short circuits and damage. 6. The machine must be properly grounded.
