Place the equipment on level feet at the designated position, then connect water lines and electrical circuits. Check the power phase sequence to keep the phase sequence relay green light on. Next, connect the steam pipeline (0.4-0.7 MPa) and compressed air, and set the relief valve pressure to 0.6-0.8 MPa. Finally, adjust the operating temperature and conveying speed as required.

1. Fill the water tank with water until it reaches the overflow port. 2. Turn on the power and activate the steam switch. 3. Add the raw materials, such as green leafy vegetables and cans. 4. Collect the processed materials.

Steam not heating: incorrect compressed air connection, re-connect the air line. Trap failing to drain: blockage, clean it. Conveyor chain jammed: loose mesh belt, tighten the belt. Low water temperature: insufficient steam or blocked pipe, boost steam supply and clear the pipe. Water pump abnormal noise: clogged pump head, remove debris.
