This fully automatic continuous vacuum band sealer combines feeding, vacuuming, nitrogen flushing, sealing and coding. Place the machine on a flat surface and remove packaging. Complete grounding, check all parts for looseness or displacement after transit and fix issues promptly. Manually turn shafts for smooth movement, secure all wires, and ensure no parts rub or catch on moving components. If unsure of any step, consult the manual or manufacturer; do not run the machine until all checks pass.

Adjust heating and cooling block gaps to match bag thickness for firm sealing. Position the conveyor, switch on power and set transmission speed. Tune the embossing wheel and lock it. Turn on heating, set temperature by material, and run at low speed for preheating. Enable the cooling fan, vacuum or printing function as needed, and align printing speed with conveyor speed. Align and flatten bag sealing edges before feeding. Let the machine convey bags automatically-do not push them to avoid faulty seals. Stop the machine to clean dirty sealing tapes or heating blocks, and keep hands away from hot parts to prevent burns. To extend tape life, reset temperature to zero and run the cooling fan before shutdown. Turn off the fan and power only after the heating block cools below 80 Celsius Degree.

Adjust wheels, tape tension and temperature to solve sealing defects. Check ink roller heat, ink and pressure for poor printing. Repair vacuum lines, adjust sensors for low air pressure. Fix rollers and belt tension to avoid jams and misalignment. Seek technical support if faults remain.
