The fruit peeling machine is designed to handle a variety of large and medium-sized melons and fruits, including papaya, pumpkin, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, watermelon, cantaloupe, winter melon, and grapefruit. It features an adjustable peeling thickness and cutting height to accommodate different types of produce, ensuring versatile and efficient operation for a range of fruit peeling needs.

Choose peeling machines based on fruit size and shape. Standard single/double-head models work for cylindrical fruits (e.g., pumpkins, melons) under 70 cm tall. For short, flat or spherical fruits like pineapples and mangoes under 35 cm tall, use short melon peelers to ensure high peeling efficiency.

Turn on main power. Lever: back=cut up, forward=cut down, middle=stop. Retract cylinder, place melon on the lower pin, lower cylinder to fix it. Use left cutter (lever back) + Down button: auto-stop after peeling. Reset cylinder, unload melon. Load new melon, use right cutter (lever forward) + Up button. Repeat for continuous work.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance Upper positioning pin fails to insert: Check the pressure reducing valve. Turn it left to raise pressure if insufficient. Water in pressure reducing valve: Push up the bottom needle to drain water. Lubrication: Grease top bearings and middle threaded rod quarterly. Air compressor: Drain water every 12 working hours. Proper maintenance keeps the machine efficient and durable.

Blade & Auto-Stop Troubleshooting Left blade (up position) faulty: Reconnect or reverse the power cord. Right blade runs downward when Blade Up is pressed: Check and correct the power connection. Automatic stop: Normal if left blade hits lower limiter or right blade hits upper limiter. If not, check motor and bearings for jams or faults.
