AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a trading company with a broad power-equipment and generator-set business scope, valid import/export licensing, and an affiliated company. It reports annual generator-set output of 6,000 sets, export activity across multiple regions, and approximately 90% of sales from exports. Customization is available from samples, designs, and minor or flexible requirements, while new products were reportedly developed during the past year. Overseas service coverage is explicitly reported in the Philippines and Indonesia for installation and repair, supported by overseas agents or branches. Service procedures, complaint-handling procedures, and corrective/preventive-action procedures are documented and followed. However, the evidence does not establish certification holdings, financial strength, formal quality assurance, or raw-material traceability. The supplier reports no ODM service, no overseas showroom, no available SDK, two R&D engineers, and zero quality-control test equipment.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly classified as a Trading Company and operates as a Limited Company, with a stated business scope covering power equipment, generator sets, technical services, maintenance, installation, and related engineering. It also reports an affiliated company and a valid import/export license, indicating established trading and cross-border operating arrangements.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports overseas installation and repair services in the Philippines and Indonesia, access to overseas agents or branches, and participation in the China Import and Export Fair. It also has documented and followed complaint-handling, supplier-service assessment, and corrective/preventive-action procedures; peak-season service lead time is stated as one month.

Production capacityThe supplier reports annual generator-set productivity of 6,000 sets, an off-season lead time within 15 workdays, and a peak-season lead time of one month. It also exports to multiple global regions and has valid import/export licensing, although the supplier is classified as a trading company and the number of cooperative suppliers is reported as zero.

Customization capabilityCustomization is explicitly offered from samples, from customer designs, and for minor or flexible requirements. The supplier also reports R&D-related design services and new-product activity, supporting practical customization capability; however, ODM service is expressly unavailable.

Client casesThe supplier explicitly states that it provides OEM services for well-known brands and has participated in the China Import and Export Fair. These statements provide some evidence of market-facing experience, but no specific customer names, project details, order history, or verifiable case descriptions are supplied.
