We have 12 modern types of energy-saving & environmentally-friendly production lines, including a fully automated wax and shell making process flow line, and 4 heat treatment production lines. Our annual production capacity is over 20,000 tons.

Firstly, we do inspection after every process. For finished products, we do 100% inspection according to customer requirements and international standards. Secondly, we have our own testing lab with advanced equipment including spectrometer, metallographic microscope, tension tester, low temperature tester, X-ray tester, MPT, UT, CMM, and video measurement machine to ensure precise finished products meeting all inspection requirements.

What is the payment term?

For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance against copy of documents. The most common way is by T/T. L/C is also acceptable. We confirm the transaction way (FOB, CIF, CNF, etc.) when quoting.

How to deliver the goods to us?

Usually we ship goods by sea as we are in Ningbo, only 35 kilometers away from the Ningbo port. If goods are very urgent, Ningbo airport and Shanghai airport are also nearby.
