We have 12 modern energy-saving production lines including a fully automated wax and shell making process flow line, plus 4 heat treatment lines. Our annual production capacity is over 20,000 tons.

First, we inspect after every process and do 100% inspection on finished products according to customer requirements and international standards. Second, we have our own testing lab with advanced equipment like spectrometer, metallographic microscope, tension tester, x-ray tester, and CMM to ensure precise finished products.

What's the payment term?

For mass production, you need to pay 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance against copy of documents. The most common way is by T/T. L/C is also acceptable.

How to deliver the goods to us?

Usually we ship by sea as we are in Ningbo, only 35 kilometers from Ningbo port. For urgent goods, Ningbo airport and Shanghai airport are also nearby.
