For equipment, we have a 1-year warranty and 2 years for the gearbox, not including quick-worn spare parts. If machines have problems within the warranty time, our engineers will analyze pics or videos to find the best solution and replace components for free. If out of warranty, we advise sending to dealers near your city or solving by yourself with video support.
