We provide a 1-year warranty for equipment and 2 years for the gearbox (excluding quick-worn spare parts). Within warranty, we analyze problems via pics/videos and replace components for free. Out of warranty, we support video guidance or direct you to local dealers.

Discounts are based on your order quantity. We also hold irregular promotions such as company anniversaries, mid-year promotions, and Christmas/New Year holiday promotions.

Q:What is your MOQ?

The minimum order quantity is 1 pc based on stock products. For OEM service, the MOQ is 50 pcs.

Q:Can I get a free sample for testing?

Yes, sample testing is available. You can pay for the sample in advance, and we will refund or deduct the cost in your regular/bulk order.

Q:How long is your delivery time?

Normally, stock products for sample testing take around 3-7 days. Regular/Bulk orders take around 30-45 days.

Q:What are your payment terms?

Bulk orders accept L/C at sight, T/T, and VTB. Sample orders/small accounts accept PayPal/Alipay. We request a 30% deposit in advance and 70% before shipment after QC inspection.
