We provide a 1-year warranty for equipment and 2 years for the gearbox (excluding quick-worn spare parts). Within warranty, we analyze issues via photos/videos and replace components for free. Out of warranty, we advise sending to local dealers or self-repair with video support.

Discounts are based on order quantity. We also hold irregular promotions such as company anniversaries, mid-year sales, and holiday promotions.
