For equipment, we have a 1-year warranty time and 2 years for the gearbox, not including quick-worn spare parts. If the machines have problems within the warranty time, our engineers will require pics or videos to analyze the problem to find the best solution, and we can replace the components for free. If out of the guaranteed time, we advise sending to our dealers near your city or you can solve it by yourself; we can support videos for you.
