What is your warranty time and after-sales policy?

For equipments, we have 1 year warranty time and 2 years for gearbox not included quick-worn spare parts. If the machines have problems within warranty time, our engineers will require pics or videos to analyze problem to find a best solution and we can replace the components for free. If out of guaranteed time, we advise to send to our dealers near your city or you can solve by yourself, we can support videos for you.

Are there any discounts for bulk orders?

Firstly, our discounts will based on your order quantity. Further more, we will hold some promotions irregularly such as our company anniversary, mid-year promotion, Christmas/New Year holiday promotions, etc.
