Q:How should I set beam spacing when my stored goods have different heights?

Start with the actual load height and the clearance needed to place and remove the goods. WTYS-100 allows beam levels to be repositioned at 75 mm increments, giving you a defined adjustment range for different storage heights.
Q:Is load weight alone enough to configure the rack?
A:
No. Load type, dimensions, handling method, required load per level, rack dimensions, and quantity are also relevant when defining the storage arrangement. These are among the project details we use when preparing a rack quotation.
Q:Why are safety pins important at the beam connection?
A:
They provide an additional retaining element between the beam and upright. Beam-locking devices are an important rack-safety consideration because unintended beam disengagement can create structural hazards. WTYS-100 uses safety pins at this connection.
