Q:What is the warranty period?

We provide a 2-year warranty for CCTV Cameras and DVRs after the shipment date. Any product proves defective under normal usage, excluded improper use, shipping accident and human fault, we will repair or replace it by free of charge.

Q:What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no limit for sample orders. For the second order, the MOQ is 50pcs. OEM MOQ is 100pcs/model, though special cases can be negotiated.

Q:How long does it take to deliver?

Sample orders can be delivered in 3 working days. General orders take 2-7 working days. Big orders take at most 15-20 working days.

Q:Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

Yes, we accept ODM projects. If the total order quantity is above 50pcs, we can silk-screen print your logo and put your model numbers on labels and boxes free of charge. OEM logo service is free if quantity reaches 100pcs.

Q:What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T, Western Union, PayPal, and Money Gram. For T/T, there is a USD30.00 bank charge per remittance. Orders under 50,000USD require 100% payment before production.
