We provide a 2-year warranty for CCTV cameras and DVRs after the shipment date. Defective products under normal usage will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

There is no limit for sample orders. For general orders, the MOQ is 50 pieces. The MOQ for OEM orders is 100 pieces per model.

Sample orders can be delivered in 3 working days. General orders take 2-7 working days, while large orders take up to 15-20 working days.
