Q:What is the warranty period?

We provide a 2-year warranty for CCTV Cameras and DVRs after the shipment date. Any product proves defective under normal usage, excluded improper use, shipping accident and human fault, we will repair or replace it by free of charge.

Q:What is the MOQ for sample and bulk orders?

For sample orders, there is no limit for the quantity. From the second order, the MOQ is 50pcs. OEM MOQ is 100pcs/model, but special cases can be negotiated.

Q:How long does it take to deliver orders?

Sample orders can be delivered in 3 working days. General orders take 2-7 working days. Big orders take 15-20 working days at most.

Q:What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T, Western Union, PayPal, Money Gram, and LC. For T/T, there is a USD30.00 bank charge for each individual remittance. Orders under 50,000USD require 100% payment before production.

Q:Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

Yes, we accept ODM projects. If the total order quantity is above 50pcs, we can silk-screen print customer's logo and put model numbers in labels and boxes free of charge. OEM Logo service is free for quantities reaching 100pcs.
