The pillow is designed for supervised use while awake. We offer an optional auto shut-off feature (45/90/120 minutes) for added safety. The USB 5V low voltage design eliminates electric shock risk. The heating element has built-in overheat protection that cuts power if temperature exceeds safe limits.
Q:Can I wash the pillow?

Yes. The outer velvet cover is removable via zipper and machine washable.
Q:What USB power sources are compatible?
A:
Any standard USB 5V output: portable power bank (5,000mAh+ recommended for 2-3 hours use), laptop/desktop USB port, car USB charger, wall USB adapter, airplane USB port. The pillow draws 1-2A, so a 5V/2A power source is recommended for optimal heating performance.
