A:
It can cut stone, ceramic, quartz, glass, foam, plastic, rubber, copper, brass, aluminum, mild steel, pre-hardened steel, titanium, inconel, and cast alloy.
Q:What is the maximum cutting thickness?
A:
For steel, the max thickness is up to 240mm, but we suggest no more than 150mm for smooth cutting. The Z axis distance is 170mm, which can be customized.
Q:How do you provide after-sales service?
A:
We have local service departments in some countries. Otherwise, we arrange engineers for overseas installation and training, which takes 7-10 days. Installation videos are also available.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
Generally 30 days. If stock is available, delivery takes 7-15 days.
