Continuous Rotary Mechanical Grille Adjustable Grid Gap for Slag Efficiency

As core pretreatment equipment for wastewater treatment, mechanical grilles are mainly used to intercept plastic bags, branches, fibers, floating debris, suspended solids and other impurities in water. They effectively protect subsequent water pumps, pipelines, biochemical and water treatment equipment from clogging and abrasion, ensuring stable operation of the entire wastewater treatment system.

The core difference lies in grid gap and filtration accuracy. Coarse grilles feature large grid gaps, high flux and strong impact resistance, mainly used for primary pretreatment at pump station inlets and the front end of sewage plants to intercept large floating debris. Fine grilles adopt precise grid gaps to filter fine suspended particles and fiber impurities, suitable for refined pretreatment and high-standard water treatment scenarios.

The equipment body is standardly made of anti-corrosion carbon steel, with 304/316 stainless steel available as an optional upgrade. All models deliver excellent resistance to acid, alkali, sewage corrosion and oxidation. They can operate stably for a long time in harsh water treatment environments such as municipal sewage, chemical industry, aquaculture and printing & dyeing wastewater with a long service life.

All mechanical grille models support 24-hour fully automatic continuous slag removal, equipped with dual control modes of timed start-stop and water level difference linked start-stop for unattended operation. No continuous manual attendance is required under normal operating conditions, only regular simple cleaning, inspection and maintenance.
