Durable Vertical Industrial Agitator for Food Processing and Wastewater

Our vertical agitator is suitable for multi-industry working conditions, including water treatment chemical dosing, environmental sludge mixing, chemical reactor material stirring, coating and ink blending, food sauce mixing, pharmaceutical liquid mixing. It supports the operation of low-viscosity liquid, high-viscosity slurry and solid-liquid mixed materials with strong versatility.

Customization is available. Our top-entry vertical mixer supports modular customization. We can customize the shaft length according to the depth of the customer's tank, and various impellers are optional, including 3-blade propeller, frame type, ribbon type and pitched blade type, to meet different stirring process requirements such as dissolving, flocculation, homogenization and anti-sedimentation.

The professional industrial vertical agitator has excellent anti-corrosion performance. The core wetted parts are made of 304/316L stainless steel, with optional plastic lining and **PTFE** anti-corrosion coating. It is resistant to acid, alkali and chemical corrosion, and is fully suitable for long-term continuous operation in harsh working conditions such as chemical wastewater and corrosive liquid.

Our stainless steel vertical mixer is processed by precision dynamic balance calibration. The stirring shaft runs stably without jitter. Equipped with national standard pure copper motor and precision reducer, the whole machine has low vibration and low noise, which meets the silent production requirements of the workshop, with high stability for long-term continuous operation.

Frequency conversion speed regulation is supported. All series of vertical industrial agitators can be equipped with a frequency conversion control system to realize stepless speed regulation. The stirring speed and intensity can be flexibly adjusted according to material viscosity and process requirements, accurately adapting to different production processes such as material dissolving, flocculation reaction and homogeneous mixing.
