Typically, our pelletizing lines have a production lead time of 2 months, while washing lines require at least 3 months depending on the capacity and umber of machines in the order.
Q:What payment terms do you accept for first-time buyers?

30% as down payment by T/T; 70% by T/T before delivery and after inspection
Q:Do you have any after sales service?

When all the equipment are completed, we will connect all the machines and run the full production line for inspection to ensure the stable running in customers' factory. After the commissioning, we will package the equipment by the standard export package for shipment.
