Fixed installation: Best for one line, one pallet station - simple and reliable
Rail-mounted (linear track): The robot rides on a short rail - serves 2 to 4 pallet stations or 2 parallel lines
Q:Can it handle mixed boxes? Different sizes on the same pallet?

Yes -but this is where it gets really cool.
If you add a 3D vision system (just a small sensor above the conveyor), the robot can:
Automatically identify the size of each incoming box
Calculate the best stacking pattern in real time -no human planning needed
Stack different boxes neatly on the same pallet, reaching 85-95% space utilization
Q:Does it handle different packaging types? Do I have to change the gripper

Yes, and changing the gripper is actually much easier than you might think -no engineering degree required.
The standard gripper works beautifully for boxes, plastic buckets, and metal pails.
If you're stacking soft bags (like flour or feed), we offer a special bag gripper with a pressing plate -it keeps everything neat and stable.
For mixed box sizes coming down the same line, just add a vision system and the robot will figure out each box on its own.
Q:What kind of pallet can I use? Do I need special ones?

Not at all -your existing pallets will likely work just fine.
We support most standard sizes:
1000x1200 mm (very common)
800x1200 mm
1100x1100 mm
And material doesn't matter - wood, plastic, or metal, all good.
The best part?You don't need any sensors on the pallet. Just type the pallet size into the touchscreen once, and the robot remembers it forever.
