What if leakage occurs during operation?

Inspect goods upon arrival. Send photos & videos if issues arise. We'll provide technical solutions and resend parts if necessary.

We offer AISI 304/316L stainless steel. Optional Duplex 2205/904L for harsh chemicals. Fully customizable: volume, wall thickness, nozzles, manhole, jacket, agitator, CIP ports. Please provide your drawing or specs for a quote.

Q:What is your MOQ? Can I get a sample tank?

MOQ is 1 unit. Prototype tanks accepted. Large tanks not courier-shippable. Free material coupon available; buyer covers freight.

Q:What certificates can you provide? Can I get a material test report?

We provide an SGS material test certificate, factory pressure test report, ISO9001, and CE/PED for pressure vessels. Food contact test report on request. Documents emailed or shipped.

Q:Do you perform a pressure test before delivery?

Pressure vessels undergo hydrostatic or air tightness tests. Atmospheric tanks have leak checks.

Q:What is your production lead time?

Simple tanks: 20-30 days. Jacketed/pressure tanks with agitator: 35-50 days. Extra-large tanks negotiable.
