Main tank wrapped with waterproof film. Fittings, flanges, gaskets packed in export plywood case. Oversized tanks fixed on flat rack frame.

What is your warranty? Do you provide installation support?

1-year warranty from delivery date (excluding man-made damage & chemical corrosion). CAD drawing and operation manual are supplied. We offer online video guidance. Overseas on-site installation service is not included.

What if leakage occurs during operation?

Please inspect the goods upon arrival. Send us photos & videos if any problem. We will give technical solution and resend spare parts if needed.

Q:What material grades are available for stainless steel tanks?

We mainly supply AISI 304 / 316L stainless steel. Duplex 2205 and 904L are optional for harsh chemical conditions. Volume, wall thickness, nozzles, manhole, jacket, agitator, CIP ports can be fully customized. Please send us your drawing or technical specs for quotation.

Q:What is your MOQ? Can I get a sample tank?

MOQ is 1 unit. Small-volume prototype tanks are acceptable. Large tanks cannot be sent as courier samples. We can provide a free material coupon; The buyer pays freight costs.

Q:What certificates can you provide? Can I get a material test report?

We supply an SGS material test certificate and a factory pressure test report for each tank. ISO9001 is available. CE / PED for pressure vessels, food contact test report can be arranged. Documents will be sent by email or together with shipment.

Q:Do you perform a pressure test before delivery?

Pressure vessels will go through a hydrostatic or air tightness test. Atmospheric tanks will undergo a leak check.

Q:What is your production lead time?

Simple atmospheric tanks: 20-30 working days. Jacketed / pressure tanks with agitator: 35-50 working days. Extra-large custom tanks on negotiation.
