Early single-sided erosion or severe arcing is usually caused by poor concentricity or a failed internal water-seal. We use micro-level CNC precision machining to ensure absolute concentricity between the nozzle bore and the tungsten tip. This keeps the plasma arc perfectly centered. Additionally, we recommend your engineers check the internal O-ring alignment during assembly to avoid water bypass.

This proprietary process guarantees a 100% void-free joint between the high-density tungsten core (thoriated or lanthanated tungsten) and the premium purple copper shank.
