Please check if the limit switch is in the right position; if not, adjust the Limit Switch. Refer to the last page of the Barrier Gate Manual. You can also adjust the adjusting screw and check the intensity of the spring.

Q:What is the remote control distance?

Most WEJOIN 418 remote controls can cover 100 meters, but it is not safe or stable to control the barrier gate from that distance. WEJOIN recommends using the remote control within 30 meters or 50 meters.
