Yes. After receiving your detailed requirement and product drawings, our engineer will come out with a suitable technical proposal with basic machine concept drawings. After you place the order, we will send you more detailed design drawings for confirmation. Only after you confirm the drawings will we start the manufacturing process.

What are your payment terms?

We can accept the following payment terms: T/T, L/C, Western Union.

How can we install the machine?

For some simple machines, we will provide you with an English operation manual, operation video, and online guidance and training for your engineer. For some complicated machines, we will send an engineer to your country to help with installation and training. However, there will be extra cost for the engineer, including salary, visa cost, round-trip ticket cost, and accommodation fee, which will be covered by the buyer.
