AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a limited company with 22 employees offering wooden and plastic tables and chairs, sofas, and a broad registered business scope that includes furniture-related and other product categories. It reports BSCI and SGS certifications, but the provided information does not include certificate validity or scope. International support is limited: no overseas agents, branches, warehouse, showroom, or stated overseas-service countries, although it has participated in the Import and Export Fair and is near Qingdao Port. Quality and process controls show material gaps, including no raw-material traceability, no quality assurance, procedures without written records, and random finished-product inspection. The supplier offers design customization, but reports no recent new products, ODM, OEM for popular brands, or SDK. Financial records are identified for 2021–2023, but no financial figures or assessment results are provided.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agents, branches, or stated overseas-service countries. It has participated in the Import and Export Fair, but its complaint-handling procedure has no written records, which limits evidence of effective after-sales execution.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports no new products in the past year, no ODM service, no SDK, and no new-product launches. These explicit disclosures indicate limited demonstrated recent innovation capability.

Production capacityThe supplier reports no in-stock capability, while manufacturing-contract status is unknown. It has three quality inspectors and conducts random finished-product inspection, but lacks raw-material traceability, quality assurance, and written inspection records; production scale and capacity are therefore not positively established.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from designs, demonstrating a stated design-based customization service. No further information is provided on engineering resources, sample development, minimum quantities, or customization scope.
