It can handle all common scrap copper wires, including household electrical wires, network cables, auto mixed cables, EV wires, communication cables, data lines, insulated thick cables, etc. No pre-sorting required, mixed wires can be fed directly.

Q:What is the copper-plastic separation rate of your machine?

Our dry copper wire granulator adopts dual vibration-air sorting system, the separation rate can reach over 99%. Copper granules have nearly no plastic residue, which brings you better selling price for copper.

Q:Will the machine get blocked when feeding thick mixed cables?

We equip every machine with overload protection and auto-reverse feeding system. When thick wires cause jam, the feeding roller will reverse automatically to release blockage, no frequent manual cleaning needed.

Q:What power supply do different models support?

Mini small models support single phase 220V for home workshop. Medium & large industrial machines use 3-phase 380V. We can customize voltage and frequency (50Hz/60Hz) according to your local grid standard.
