What is the lead time for production?

The lead time is 2-4 weeks. Samples can be ready within 3 days.

How should I clean the comforter?

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, and separately. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. Please use low-temperature steam ironing. It will not shift or clump after washing.

Why does the comforter need time to fluff up?

Since this comforter is vacuum packaged, it may not fluff up immediately upon opening. You may put it into your dryer or expose it to sunlight for a couple of hours to restore its fluffiness.

AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier offers bedding products including duvets, pillows, mattress protectors, and toppers, and operates one production line. It reports a quality-control team, one quality-control inspector, documented finished-product inspection instructions, and a stated European export market. The supplier provides OEM and ODM services and supports multiple customization methods, with new products developed during the past year. Production lead time is stated as one month in both peak and off-peak seasons. Service procedures for corrective actions and customer complaints are documented and followed, although the supplier has written service-assessment procedures without records and does not continuously reconcile quantities for every production batch. Certification details, financial strength, and verified customer cases are insufficiently documented.

Supplier typeThe supplier is a bedding-product manufacturer or trading entity offering duvets, pillows, mattress protectors, and mattress toppers, with a sewing facility and one production line. Its registered business scope also includes luggage, outdoor goods, pet supplies, general merchandise, and import/export activities, indicating a diversified scope beyond the listed bedding products.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has clear procedures with followed records for corrective and preventive actions and customer complaints, supporting an established complaint-handling process. However, its service-capability assessment procedures have no records, and only some approved-supplier names were provided, leaving the overall service-control system partially evidenced.

R&D capabilityThe supplier states that it has professional product-development and design personnel, introduced new products during the past year, and provides ODM services. However, total R&D engineer experience is stated as one year, so the supplier demonstrates active development capability but only limited documented R&D depth.

Production capacityThe supplier reports a large factory, professional production personnel, stable production capability, one production line, one-month lead times in both peak and off-peak seasons, and documented finished-product inspection instructions that are uniformly followed. Counterbalancing this, it does not continuously reconcile quantities for every batch, and the production scale is only partially described, so capability is supported but operational controls are not comprehensive.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also provides both OEM and ODM services, indicating broad documented customization coverage.
