Eye plates are critical for load handling and securing across industries: Marine & Shipbuilding (Deck fittings, lifeline attachments), Construction & Rigging (Permanent lifting points), Industrial Machinery (Lifting eyes on tanks), Stage & Rigging, Transportation (Securing cargo), and Architecture & Facades (Tensioning systems).

We offer AISI 304 (1.4301 / A2) for general-purpose use and AISI 316 (1.4401 / A4 Marine Grade) for superior corrosion resistance against chlorides. Other grades like 316L and Duplex are available upon request.

The WLL is calculated based on material strength, critical dimensions (eye diameter and weld thickness), and a standard safety factor (typically 4:1 or 5:1). We provide certified WLL tables for each model, and the WLL is marketed on the product.

Two primary methods are available: Welding (fillet welded all around for maximum strength) and Bolting (secured with high-tensile bolts requiring proper load distribution calculations).

While often used interchangeably, a Pad Eye typically refers to a plate for securing or lashing, whereas a Lifting Eye implies a design rated for overhead lifting. Our lifting-rated plates are clearly marked with WLL.
