Ringlock Scaffolding is a modular, high-load, and versatile steel scaffolding system also known as Cuplock or Disc-Lock. It is characterized by vertical standards (uprights) with fixed steel rings (cups or discs) welded at regular intervals (typically 500mm or 1000mm). Horizontal ledgers and diagonal braces are connected using a unique wedge or blade that locks into these rings, creating a fast, secure, and robust node connection without loose nuts or bolts.

Material: All primary components are made from high-strength steel tubing (Q235B or Q345B). Tube Diameter: Standard: 48.3mm OD. Heavy-duty versions use 60.3mm OD. Ring/Cup Spacing: 500mm is the international standard for vertical spacing, enabling modular planning. Surface Treatment: Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) is standard for maximum corrosion resistance and long life. Painted versions are available for cost-sensitive, short-term projects.

Assembly is quick and logical: Set Standards: Place standards with base jacks on a level foundation. Insert Ledgers: Slide the ledger's wedge head into the ring/cup on the standard. Lock: Use a hammer or mallet to tap the wedge down, locking it securely. A visual check confirms it's locked. Add Braces & Platforms: Insert diagonal braces in the same way to create a rigid bay. Install transoms and decking. Disassembly is the reverse, simply lifting the wedges with a tool.
