Ringlock Scaffolding is a modular, high-load, and versatile steel scaffolding system also known as Cuplock or Disc-Lock. It is characterized by vertical standards with fixed steel rings welded at regular intervals. Horizontal ledgers and diagonal braces are connected using a unique wedge or blade that locks into these rings, creating a fast, secure, and robust node connection without loose nuts or bolts.

A complete system includes: Vertical Standards, Horizontal Ledgers, Diagonal Braces, Base Jacks & U-Head Jacks, Staircase Units, Guardrails, and Toe Boards. Special Components like Cantilever beams, ladder brackets, and mobile bases are also available.

Material: High-strength steel tubing (Q235B or Q345B). Tube Diameter: Standard 48.3mm OD, Heavy-duty 60.3mm OD. Ring/Cup Spacing: 500mm is the international standard. Surface Treatment: Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) is standard, Painted versions are available.

Set Standards on a level foundation. Insert Ledgers by sliding the wedge head into the ring/cup. Lock by tapping the wedge down with a hammer. Add Braces & Platforms in the same way. Disassembly is the reverse, simply lifting the wedges with a tool.
