Aluminum die-cast blades offer a superior strength-to-weight ratio. They are significantly stronger and more durable than plastic blades, allowing for thinner, more efficient aerodynamic profiles. Compared to stamped steel, they are lighter (reducing rotational inertia and motor load) and can be cast into much more complex, optimized 3D shapes that are impossible to stamp.

We primarily use A380 and ADC12 (A383) alloys. They offer an excellent combination of: Fluidity: Fills thin, complex mold sections easily. Strength: Good mechanical properties for structural integrity. Castability & Cost: Reliable and economical for high-volume production. Corrosion Resistance: Suitable for most indoor and many outdoor environments. For specific needs, we can use A360 (better corrosion resistance) or other alloys.

Yes. Our high-pressure die-casting machines can produce single-piece blades/impellers up to approximately 800mm in diameter. For larger diameters, we utilize segmental casting and assembly techniques, where the blade is cast in sections (e.g., hub and individual blades) and then precision-assembled and balanced.

We can consistently achieve blade thicknesses as low as 1.2 mm at the trailing edge, thanks to our advanced vacuum-assisted die-casting process. This allows for lightweight, efficient designs.

Yes, we offer reverse engineering services. By taking precise 3D scans of your existing part, we can create a CAD model and replicate its geometry and performance characteristics. We can also suggest improvements to the design or material during this process.
