Q:What is PVC fiber reinforced braided hose?
A:
It adopts 3-layer structure: inner PVC layer, polyester fiber braided reinforcement layer and outer PVC layer. The braided layer improves working pressure. Lightweight, flexible and transparent, mainly for low-pressure fluid delivery.
Q:Can it work under vacuum / negative pressure suction?
A:
Not suitable for negative pressure service. Without steel wire support, the hose will collapse under vacuum. It is only designed for positive pressure delivery. Choose PVC steel wire hose for suction applications.
Q:What is the normal working temperature range?
A:
Standard range: 0 Degree to 60 Degree. Continuous operation above 60 Degree is forbidden. High temperature accelerates aging and reduces pressure resistance.
Q:What is the main difference from PVC steel wire reinforced hose?
A:
Braided fiber hose: reinforced by polyester yarn, lightweight & flexible, only for positive pressure, cannot resist vacuum.
Steel wire hose: embedded helical steel wire, withstands negative pressure for suction service, relatively stiffer.
Q:What media can be conveyed?
A:
Suitable: clean water, irrigation water, common detergent, low-pressure air.
